Kingston Business Park was purchased by Landframe in 2000. Since this time, the well established estate has been subject to a comprehensive redevelopment programme which includes a new link road to the A415 and new circuit road within the scheme. Future phases of redevelopment are planned, which will provide buildings for both new tenants and existing occupiers that may wish to expand within the Park.
